The stated goals of the Institute are to support the development of alcohol and other drug professionals, as well as educational development and promote quality practice, primarily for counselors working in the addiction field.

Therefore, in an effort to resolve disputes, misunderstandings and correct any misinformation or miscommunication, the Institute is offering this complaint form to help resolve problems. Please take your time in completing this form in its entirety, stating the facts or problems, as you see them, and the Institute will respond within a few working days with a resolution to the problem. The Institute takes its responsibility to the addiction counselors of the State of New Jersey very seriously and will try to resolve your problem to the satisfaction of all concerned.
