Welcome to the Certification Board’s Institute

The Institute for Addiction and Behavioral Health Professionals, Inc., a new 501 c-3 non profit foundation that has been established to support activities that advance addiction and other related professional credentialing through the support of initiatives in certification and licensure, education, research, practice, policy and leadership.

The goals of the Institute for Behavioral and Addiction Studies, Inc are to support the development of alcohol and other drug professionals through educational development, promoting quality practice, advocacy for treatment and prevention research, helping to shape policy on addictions, and strengthening and expanding the Addiction Professionals Certification Board
