Testing Fees
Written Test	$145.00
Written Test Re-Scheduling Fee	$50.00 up to 24 hours prior to the exam for verified emergencies or illnesses.
Oral Test	$200.00
Oral Test Re-Scheduling Fee	$75.00 per testing date $150.00 up to 24 hours prior to exam time for verified emergencies or illnesses.
Test Preparation Course	$40.00 for course + $60 for manual (optional)
Approved Provider Fee (per year)
Option A:	$1500.00 flat fee; Agencies teaching all 54 hours of a Domain in a single format.
Option B:	$150.00 fee plus $75.00 per 6 hour block; Agencies offering course-by-course trainings.
Option C:	$1500.00- Colleges / Universities offering matriculated coursework that is part of a formal Degree. This option includes the INCASE review, if desired.
Option D:	$3000 – Distance Learning – Initial certification review.
Application Fees (per year)
Transcript Review	$75.00- up to 90 days for completion of review.
Initial Application	$225.00
Recertification Application	$225.00 for one credential. $175 for second, $125 for third and on.
Application Late Fee	$15/month
Insufficient Funds Fee	$50.00

Employers Job Posting (as of 3/1/10)
Option A:	$250 = 1 month (minimum)
Option B:	$2500 = 1 year (unlimited postings) Postings are only accepted on a monthly or yearly basis. Fee must be received prior to posting Posting, whether by month or year, permits unlimited viewing of resume’s for the time frame paid for.
Counselor Resume Post	Free if actively certified by the Certification Board (maximum 3 month post). $50 per month if not currently certificated by the Board. Postings are only accepted on a monthly basis – fee must be received prior to posting.
Advertising: Approved Domain Instructors (posting your availability)	$50 per month or $250 per year
