Dear RICHARD,
Thank
you for your patience as the Board goes through these difficult
financial times. Though somewhat slowed down due to the lack
of any contract funding, we continue to provide all of the services and
products we have offered over the past years.

the Board is making plans to provide more services for our
professionals.Those interested in helping our profession grow are
